Data we collect

When you submit a form we receive your name, email address, optional programme interest, markets traded, and message content. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security. If you call us, we may keep notes needed to respond.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process enquiry data to respond to you and, where relevant, to prepare placements or bookings (legitimate interests and, where a contract is forming, steps toward contract). Essential cookies support site operation. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them (consent).

Retention

General enquiries are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer record is needed for an active booking or legal claim. Booking and payment records related to programmes are retained for six years for accounting requirements. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.

Processors and transfers

We use email and hosting providers who may process data in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where a transfer outside those regions occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Children

Programmes are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen.

International visitors

If you contact us from outside the United Kingdom, your information will be processed in the UK as described above.
