Refund & cancellation policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026. This policy applies to Volume Reading Intensive seats, Accumulation & Distribution Weekend seats, Chart Clinics, and Study Group membership booked with Evolution Digitalnet.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether teaching has begun, and whether a printed workbook has already been produced or posted. Cooling-off rights for distance contracts may apply to consumers in the United Kingdom; where they do, we will honour them as required by law.

Volume Reading Intensive

Deposit (£300). Refundable in full if you cancel more than twenty-one days before week one. After that the deposit is retained unless we fill your seat from the waitlist, in which case we refund the deposit minus a £40 admin fee.

Balance. If you cancel fourteen or more days before week one, the balance is refunded in full. Between thirteen and seven days, fifty percent of the balance is refundable. Within six days of start, the balance is non-refundable.

After teaching begins. No refund of fees for weeks already delivered. Unused future weeks may be credited toward a later intake within twelve months at our discretion if you withdraw for documented medical reasons.

Accumulation & Distribution Weekend

Full refund if you cancel eighteen or more days before the Saturday start. Fifty percent refund between seventeen and eight days. No refund within seven days unless we resell the seat, in which case we refund minus a £35 admin fee. Recording access already issued is non-refundable on its own.

Chart Clinics

Cancel or reschedule with at least forty-eight hours’ notice for a full refund or free move to a new slot. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. If we cancel a clinic, you may choose a full refund or a new time.

Study Group

Monthly membership may be cancelled before the next billing month for no further charge. The current month is non-refundable once the live session date has passed. Missed sessions are not credited.

Non-refundable items

• Printed workbooks once posted or handed over
• Admin fees stated above when a waitlist replacement is found
• Completed clinic hours and completed teaching days

Rescheduling

Intensive students may defer once to the next published intake if notice is given before week one and materials have not shipped; the deposit transfers. Weekend seats may be moved once if notice is given at least eighteen days ahead and capacity exists.

Work already started

Where live sessions have been delivered, fees for those sessions remain due. Partial refunds, when available under the timelines above, apply only to undelivered portions.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@evolution-digitalnet.digital with your name, programme, and booking reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen working days of approval.

Exceptions

We may offer goodwill adjustments for serious illness or bereavement documented in writing. We do not refund for dissatisfaction with market outcomes after educational training, nor for failure to attend without notice.
